AXTELL Warranty Policy
THE COVERAGE
The AXTELL's warranty will be executed through the authorized distributors of the brand and it includes manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase, under the following conditions and limitations:
- The unit must be installed and operated in accordance with the provided instructions at all times. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product will void this warranty.
- The mini-split or air conditioner needs to be installed by a certified or licensed installer.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the brand. It is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts found to be faulty in material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use and service, and after the defect is confirmed by the brand's inspection.
- The brand may, at its discretion, fulfill all obligations under this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective parts.
Items Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, and the like
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
- Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
- Attempted repair by an unauthorized person
- Products and/or parts provided for free
After the warranty period expires, if products and/or parts require service, you may choose to cover all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. The limited warranty applies only to the country of purchase and cannot be transferred outside of this country. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for the shipping fee for replacement items, parts, and accessories, if necessary.
Eligible Recipients
This limited warranty is only for the original buyer and executable through the authorized retailers of the brand and is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers.
Actions by AXTELL
During the warranty period, AXTELL will provide replacements for defective units, along with spare parts if necessary. The cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
